Welcome back guys in this video I'd like to talk about not forgetting what you need for the gym when you're out cycling preparation is the key in this video I almost forgetting my bike seat for my cycling class let's talk about it.

So the gym that I go to I've been a member there for almost 2 years and I haven't taken advantage of all the classes so I decided you know what let me start doing cycling classes which I've always seen and it looks very hard but I thought to myself let's go ahead and do it.

I didn't get to film any of the content of me actually cycling because I haven't got an angle where I can put my camera in front of the bike but in due time ill find away.

I generally just wanna speak about my experience of cycling and talk about this video of me actually forgetting my bike seat.

I tried cycling for the first time and I really enjoyed it and I will always advise people who have access to any classes to do cycling class its the best.

I went to two cycling classes and I felt like I was on a roll but going into my second class I started filling some pain down my bottom but I thought nothing of it.

Once I was done and went home I still didn't fill anything I didn't fill any pain but on that Wednesday I had done squats on legs and then Thursday I went on to do my cycling class once I woke up on Friday that's when all the pain came all at once.

I guess because it was my first time doing cycling class my body had to adjust and plus the seats for a big guy like myself the seats are quite small so I was in pain for like almost 3 weeks before I could get back onto cycling before I could sit down and feel no pain even just getting on the bus I could feel pain every time I sat down once again I don't blame the cycling it was just that my body wasn't adjust and the bikes that they have the seats are quite small and hard.

So instead of me feeling down about the situation I kept training just not much doing any training where it required me to sit down.

Once I got past the pain I was able to do other workouts sitting down and slowly and slowly gradually the pain started going so my advice is get yourself a bike seat if you're gonna be doing cycling class so you have some type of comfort when you're doing it the cycling classes.

I can only say that my experience really was a bit new to me as I really started getting into the cycling class I was very motivated to keep going to push myself to new limits because this is different I enjoy the experience of having to cycle with high pressure and low pressure very different.

So I got better and I thought no more pain I decided this was the time let's get back into it so it took me 3 weeks to get better for the pain to go and I was leaving my house walking to the gym halfway there and I'm looking in my bag And do not have my bike seat I had to go all the way back to my house to collect my bike seat.

Would I have gone ahead and done the bike cycling class I said no way the pain that I felt is not a pain that I wanna go through again soap exhibit B of me said you know what I want to be home and I went to get my bike seat because there was no way I was gonna put myself through that pain again so I had to walk all the way back home to get my bike seat preparation is the key for everything that you do in life.

The funny thing is before I left my house I took my time and looked at everything that I had in my bag looked around to make sure I've got everything that I needed for this class but just to walk out the house and to leave to prepare to go to the gym to look into my bag and then my my bikes seat is not in my bag.

preparation is definitely a key for everyone whether you're cyclist whether you're going to the gym whether you're going to work take your time before you leave your house and always make sure you have everything you need for that day.
